Civiside.com was founded by a Canadian Forces Reservist to help Reservists find employment with companies that value the team-orientation, character, and leadership that military training teaches. For most young Reservists their service to Canada is their formative work experience. They have learned how to put forth a consistently great effort in the name of a cause greater than themselves.
