Civiside.com is home to the Guaranteed Interview program and the Civi-Side Resume: Our mission is to open up more job opportunities for transitioning military than have ever been available before, and we have a comprehensive plan for doing so.

Phase 1 of the plan is to grow corporate partnerships in the Guaranteed Interview program. This program was created by us as a release valve for latent demand among employers to do something to support military transitioning into the civilian world. Expect hundreds of thousands of employers to embrace this program over the next few years and for these logos to be universally recognized symbols of a new kind of grass roots civil-military partnership.

Phase 2 of our plan to open up more opportunities for transitioning military is entirely unique in the world of online recruiting and exponentially more effective than anything that is already out there. We project that military transitioners will see at least a 300% increase in the job opportunities they are exposed to as they transition from uniform to business wear. We will announce this phase in Aug. 2010.
